Puppy yoga on August 23rd from 10-11 AM is now FULL! 🧘‍♀️🐾 Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with adorable puppies from Metro East Humane Society, guided by yoga instructor Jeremy Henkhaus from Hot 4 Yoga.

• Minimum age: 13 (Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent)

• Cost: $30 - all proceeds benefiting Metro East Humane Society

• Please bring your own mat and arrive 15 minutes early to sign-in and get situated..
